## 1. Acceptance

By using zakat-calculator.org.uk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

## 2. Who we are

This website is operated by World Aid Network, International House, 51 Borough High Street, London SE1 1NB. ## 3. Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or that infringes anyone’s rights. We may restrict or withdraw access without notice.

## 4. The Zakat calculator

The calculator is an estimate to help you work out 2.5% Zakat. It is not a fatwa, tax advice, or a substitute for a qualified scholar. Figures depend on the information you enter and on live metal prices where shown. No calculator data is sent to our servers.

## 5. Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe. By giving, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that the funds are legitimately sourced. Gifts are applied to World Aid Network’s charitable objects: medical treatment for the poor, and emergency food, water and shelter in Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia.

We accept donations from the UK and other high-income countries. We do not take payments from Pakistan, Indonesia or Malaysia — those are programme countries, not donor countries. Supported donation currencies are listed on the donate form (GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, AED, SAR).

## 6. Medical information

Content about cataracts, cancer or other conditions is general information. It is not medical advice. Always seek a qualified clinician for personal health decisions. The cataract programme is medically reviewed by Mr Mohamed Mohyudin (GMC 7039600).

## 7. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and graphics on this site belong to World Aid Network or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

## 8. Third-party links

Links to worldaidnetwork.org, Stripe, GMC, or other sites are not endorsements of everything on those sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

## 9. Liability

We take care with accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or the calculator. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

## 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
